1. WEBSITE INFORMATION
Storeman provides residential and commercial lawn and grounds care, including mowing, snipping, edging, hedge trimming, weed treatment, garden tidy-ups, green waste removal and recurring commercial grounds maintenance. Storeman Lawn Green-Up is included at no extra charge as part of a standard lawn visit, subject to the lawn and site being suitable for application. Website content is general information and may change without notice.
2. QUOTE REQUESTS
Submitting a quote request does not create a contract and does not require Storeman to accept the work. Instant quotes are based on the property details supplied and may be reviewed where the property, access, condition or scope falls outside our automatic quote rules.
Any final price, scope, timing or service commitment is only binding when Storeman confirms the work and it is accepted in accordance with the applicable quote or service terms.
3. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and reasonably complete. If important site conditions, hazards, access restrictions or scope details are omitted, Storeman may need to revise a quote, timing or proposed method after inspection or on the day of service.
4. UPLOADED PHOTOS AND CONTENT
If you upload property photos or other material, you confirm that you are authorised to provide it to Storeman. You give Storeman permission to use that material for assessing, quoting, planning and administering the requested work. Do not upload unrelated, unlawful, confidential or infringing material.
5. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Services, geographic coverage, Lawn Green-Up application and scheduling are subject to availability, site conditions and suitability. Storeman may decline, vary or refer work that is outside our service area, capability, safety requirements or commercial scope.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Storeman name, branding, website design, text, graphics and other site content are owned by or licensed to Storeman unless stated otherwise. You may view and use the website for ordinary personal or business enquiry purposes, but you may not copy, republish, reproduce or commercially exploit site content without permission.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, submit false or abusive enquiries, or use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights or applicable law.
